I help teams build and ship AI-assisted software, with a particular edge in logistics and supply chain.

I've spent ten years in logistics, starting on the warehouse floor and working up through operations into business solutions, building and coding the systems that run day to day. That means I'm not consulting from the outside looking in. I've picked, packed, planned and fought with the systems that connect a warehouse to the rest of the business, so I know where the real friction is, and now, with AI, where it can actually be removed rather than bolted on for the sake of it.

Typical work includes:

• Spotting where AI genuinely saves time in a supply chain or operations workflow, and where it doesn't belong
• Full-stack builds on Next.js, Cloudflare Workers and D1, from first commit to production
• Adding AI features to an existing product, from a first prototype through to something reliable
• Fractional CTO style support for early-stage teams who need someone who has actually shipped this kind of thing
